The is a small car port with enough space to park 1 car. On the ground floor you will find a small kitchen and a breakfast nook that accomadates seating for two. There's also a small bathroom found on the ground floor also. On the main level you will found a tiny living area and a balcony with a small summer kitchen. The third level contains a bedroom and bathroom. This home is suited for a single Sim. The Little Seasider's final sales price is $52,414 furnished and $36,067 unfurnished. This home does contain Store Content, but does not contain any custom content.

This is best placed in Isla Paradiso using The World Editor Tool. It is placed near Sparkling Sands and Prominent Port found on the Main Island (Large Middle Island) Look for the street light near the curve in the road.

Magnolia Estate

Magnolia Estate is a 3 story Victorian Home built on a 40X40 lot. It has 3 bedrooms with one of them being a master suite with en suite bathroom. There is a total of 4 bathrooms one of which is a powder room found on the main level. Magnolia Estate has a very elegant living and dining room with a very small kitchen located near the rear of the home. You can also find a small study on the main level. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor where you'll find the homes sleeping quarters. There is a master suite, a room decorated for a female child and a nursery. Magnolia Estate also has a secret passageway with a service elevator which leads to the third floor which contains a bathroom and a place where any witch or alchemist will enjoy. The grounds of Magnolia Estate is covered with Magnolia Trees, Pink and White Hydrangeas. There's a pond, gazebo and a patio. Also included is a garden plot and planters but I removed the harvestable plants.  Magnolia Estate final pricing is 233,245 Furnished and 111,673 Unfurnished. It is best placed at 1138 Merchant Way in Moonlight Falls. Contains 1 Custom Pattern look for the link below. Magnolia Estate does contain many store items, which will be listed below. BTW, this is my very first attempt at trying to make a Victorian, so I hope you like it.

The Mint Condition Starter

A small one bedroom starter perfect for the sim just starting out and looking to enter the Journalism Career or writing the next bext seller. It has one bathroom and a small room, large enough to add a washer and dryer. The Mint Condition has an open floor plan with the basic necessities for your sim. Unfortunately it does not contain any decor. The Mint Condition Starter was built for someone to create memories of their own and to add their own personal style to it. The starting price for The Mint Condition is 14,169 simoleons furnished and 11,408 simoleons unfurnished. This home is best placed at 2250 Pinochle Point in Sunset Valley or an Empty 30X30 lot with a price tag of 1,300 simoleons. Contains no custom content or items from the Sims 3 Store. Cypress Hill

Cypress Hill was originally called The Bare Necessity and was built for the TSS Town Project. Months later it has been upgraded to suit my simself wants and needs. It still has the three original bedrooms, but they have gone under more interior design as well the whole house. An addtional bathroom has been added giving the home a total of 3 bathrooms. A small home office is now included as well as a laundry room. The back of the home now contains a grilling area, a small play yard, and a garden. One of the best qualities of Cypress Hill is the magnificent views it has over the town of Sunset Valley. Cypress Hill is a 30X30 lot and is best placed at 2350 Pincochle Point in Sunset Valley. The final sales price is $115,912 Furnished and $58,125 Unfurnished. It contains no custom content but does contain items from the TS3 store.
