Magnolia Estate

Magnolia Estate is a 3 story Victorian Home built on a 40X40 lot. It has 3 bedrooms with one of them being a master suite with en suite bathroom. There is a total of 4 bathrooms one of which is a powder room found on the main level. Magnolia Estate has a very elegant living and dining room with a very small kitchen located near the rear of the home. You can also find a small study on the main level. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor where you'll find the homes sleeping quarters. There is a master suite, a room decorated for a female child and a nursery. Magnolia Estate also has a secret passageway with a service elevator which leads to the third floor which contains a bathroom and a place where any witch or alchemist will enjoy. The grounds of Magnolia Estate is covered with Magnolia Trees, Pink and White Hydrangeas. There's a pond, gazebo and a patio. Also included is a garden plot and planters but I removed the harvestable plants.  Magnolia Estate final pricing is 233,245 Furnished and 111,673 Unfurnished. It is best placed at 1138 Merchant Way in Moonlight Falls. Contains 1 Custom Pattern look for the link below. Magnolia Estate does contain many store items, which will be listed below. BTW, this is my very first attempt at trying to make a Victorian, so I hope you like it.

Cypress Hill

Cypress Hill was originally called The Bare Necessity and was built for the TSS Town Project. Months later it has been upgraded to suit my simself wants and needs. It still has the three original bedrooms, but they have gone under more interior design as well the whole house. An addtional bathroom has been added giving the home a total of 3 bathrooms. A small home office is now included as well as a laundry room. The back of the home now contains a grilling area, a small play yard, and a garden. One of the best qualities of Cypress Hill is the magnificent views it has over the town of Sunset Valley. Cypress Hill is a 30X30 lot and is best placed at 2350 Pincochle Point in Sunset Valley. The final sales price is $115,912 Furnished and $58,125 Unfurnished. It contains no custom content but does contain items from the TS3 store.

Note: I had a small problem after replacing the lot, in the boys bedroom the loft bed duplicated. I did remove them before uploading, however I'm not sure if it will do this again.

New and Unfinished Lots Coming Soon!

I haven't been here in a while! I apologize for such a long absence, but I had to take a break on creating. During the summer season it has and always will be hard for me to concentrate on creating anything. Now that the summer season is almost over, I have a craving to create some things.

It all started with getting Supernatural and wanting a more elegant place for my snobbish witch to live. Her home is just about complete, it just needs a little curb appeal.

Another lot that is near completion is my upgraded TSS home. I would have just uploaded it, but I decided to makeover the kitchen and change the roof a bit.

During my stay in Lucky Palms, I created a small home on the lake. It was just something put together, but then going back and looking at it I realized that it has some potential. It needs a bit of work on the second level, but the lower level I'm happy with. Also I'm going to change some of the fencing.

Since I rarely upload any community lots, I decided to finish up a casino that I abandoned too. This one still have a lot of work, The pic below is the very early stages as you can see the doors are missing and the landscaping is sparse and all over the place.

Well thats just about all the lots for now, there is still a few more but I just have pictures of the lots that I showed.

Lucky Palms and Easter Eggs

I'm not sure if anyone has ever seen this easter egg before, but I thought it would be a good idea to share my findings, just in case. Well anytime I get a new world I love to explore and take snapshots of the scenery. While I was taking pictures I noticed a large bird in the distance (well at first glance I did, until I went into picture mode). I'm so excited I can't even find words to explain my findings. So I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Don't notice it yet, well try this one.

Still can't see it, lets get a little closer.

Still don't get it, here is another view

 Finally an airplane!

The last shot was taken on the next day traveling in the opposite direction. It can be found on the west side while facing the pier around 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. I haven't been able to spot anywhere else or any other time of the day.  I'm not one to get my hopes up but does this mean are sims will be able to travel in other destinations besides France, Egypt and China!

Just a few more screenies....
