The Rising Sun Eatery

The Rising Sun Eatery is an Asian style restaurant. Enjoy traditional Asian music playing in the background to give your Sims the ultimate Asian dining experience. It has an upper and lower dining area to accommodate any dinner party. The Rising Sun is both a soothing and entertaining dining experience your Sims is sure to love. Try have a seat at the Teppanyaki bar while the chef prepare your Sims meals right in front of the very own eyes. The Rising Sun Eatery is a huge contributor to the Saving Koi Foundation, it even has a large tank of koi on display inside the restaurant. The Rising Sun Eatery is open 24 hours a day to cater to all Sims, even those that work the late night shift. An estimated value of the restaurant is said to be around 102,118. It'll cost a good deal of Simoleons to buy out the owner which is double the price of the current value.

Cloverleaf Lanes

Cloverleaf Lanes is a 3 story commercial lot. It is a bowling alley that has a bar and entertainment area. There are five lanes at Cloverleaf. Not only does this bowling alley have enough lanes for a bowling tournament it also provides karaoke every night of the week. Karaoke isn't your thing? Pick a song on the jukebox and challenge someone in a good old game of shuffleboard. A rest area can be found in the rear with restrooms that provides enough privacy for all patrons. After Happy Hour Cloverleaf Lanes atmosphere changes into a fun night life spot that caters to 18+ and older. The owner of Cloverleaf Lanes said that this building is worth $157,513 with everything included. He also mentioned that it was built on a 40X30 lot.

EA Makeover: Liam O'dourke

Liam O'dourke is my first makeover ever. He's the guy that let's you know that the Official Sims 3 site is down and lives in Hidden Springs. Never thought I would do one of these, but over at the Simmer's Society the theme for this month is Geeks, so one of the challenges was to makeover Liam of course. In the challenge we were allowed free reign over his clothing, but we were not allowed to alter any of his facial features, eye color or hair color, with the exception of custom skins, eyes, eyebrows and makeup if you chose to use any of those. As far as makeup nothing was allowed to be too over the top. Oh how badly I wanted to change his hair, nose and Liam's lips. Currently Liam is not available for download, maybe perhaps in the future once I tweak him to my liking he'll be available.

The Little Seasider is a micro home built on a 10x10 lot built for the TSS Monthly Theme. It is an eclectic home with a small hint of a Nautical theme. This home has 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The is a small car port with enough space to park 1 car. On the ground floor you will find a small kitchen and a breakfast nook that accomadates seating for two. There's also a small bathroom found on the ground floor also. On the main level you will found a tiny living area and a balcony with a small summer kitchen. The third level contains a bedroom and bathroom. This home is suited for a single Sim. The Little Seasider's final sales price is $52,414 furnished and $36,067 unfurnished. This home does contain Store Content, but does not contain any custom content.
