I thought it would be a good idea to post a sneak peek of the last home in the Magnificent Scents Series. I'm too tired to ramble today, so the pictures are right below.

This picture shows the beginning stage of the home. I'm much further than this, but thought I'll show it anyway, since I had no other screenshot of the inner courtyard. Yes, it has an inner courtyard. Something I've been wanting to do for quite some time now. I know, I thought I was too tired to ramble.

Juniper Breeze: A Magnificent Scents Series Home

Juniper Breeze is a modern beach home created for the Magnificent Scents Series. It is a two story split level home with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Juniper Breeze includes a carport, laundry room, outdoor grilling and pool area. You will find an outdoor lounging area with great views of the ocean. Your sims will enjoy relaxing as they watch the sunset with the ocean breeze. This lot is best placed at 433 Sunnyside Blvd. in Sunset Valley. Juniper Breeze is placed on a 30X30 lot. It replaces the home where Gobias Koffi lives. CC Free and Safe!

Important Information: Since the home replaces Gobias Koffi home, I have included a small gardening area with 2 Flame Fruit plants. I didn't add replaces for the other types of plants found on that lot because they can simply be purchased at the grocery store.

Twilight Woods

Another home part of the Magnificent Scents Series. Twilight Woods is a  two story cabin home with 2 beds and 2 baths. It has an open floor plan with an eat in kitchen. Outdoor kitchen, dining, and lounging is available. It also includes a game room, playground and a two car garage. Priced at  $99,382. Lot size 36X47. The best place to place this lot is 53 Waterfall Way in Sunset Valley. It is the empty lot located next to Stoney Falls. Some store content was used. No cc and safe.

A home inspired by the scent Japanese Cherry Blossom by Bath and Body Works. Japanese Cherry Blossom has an modern Asian influence. One of the many features is a tatami room. It also includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bedroom is a master bedroom located near the rear of the home with an adjoining master bath and small patio. Outdoor lounging and dining spaces to provide a nice entertaining experience to entertain guests. It Contains 1 Bedroom, 2 Baths, Office and a raised living area. Outdoor dining and lounging is available. This home features a pool and a hot tub located in the rear of the home. Made on a 20X30 lot with a final cost of $114,898. Contains no Custom content and has been checked with the custard tool. Coconut Lime Verbena does contain store items.
