Your sims will enjoy relaxing as they watch the sunset with the ocean breeze. This lot is best placed at 433 Sunnyside Blvd. in Sunset Valley. Juniper Breeze is placed on a 30X30 lot. It replaces the home where Gobias Koffi lives. CC Free and Safe!
Important Information: Since the home replaces Gobias Koffi home, I have included a small gardening area with 2 Flame Fruit plants. I didn't add replaces for the other types of plants found on that lot because they can simply be purchased at the grocery store.
