Cloverleaf Lanes is a 3 story commercial lot. It is a bowling alley that has a bar and entertainment area. There are five lanes at Cloverleaf. Not only does this bowling alley have enough lanes for a bowling tournament it also provides karaoke every night of the week. Karaoke isn't your thing? Pick a song on the jukebox and challenge someone in a good old game of shuffleboard. A rest area can be found in the rear with restrooms that provides enough privacy for all patrons. After Happy Hour Cloverleaf Lanes atmosphere changes into a fun night life spot that caters to 18+ and older. The owner of Cloverleaf Lanes said that this building is worth $157,513 with everything included. He also mentioned that it was built on a 40X30 lot.
