Challenged!

So I took a challenge to build a slum apartment over at the Simmers Society. Never thought I would get that as a challenge. So far I'm having fun with it and it's pushing me to build something I have not done before. Now I can stop avoiding those apartments in Newburgh Heights.

After building the shell I decided to take another plunge and start another apartment. Just another addition to Newburgh Heights.

Sometime tomorrow I'll try to post some pics of the layout of Newburgh Heights and the renovated community pool.
