My new project and the next home of the Magnificent Scents Series

Hi! I have good news and bad news.

I'll start with the bad news. Well its not that bad, so I'll say it is a little set back. I'm currently having an issue with the next home for the Magnificent Series. There is a problem with the ceiling tiles shifting from the design that I have in place. I did however go in a change some of them back, but I not sure if they will stay in place just yet. So I'll let you guys know how that go a little later.

Now for the good news. I'm back using CAW! I have somewhat of the world done except for the building process and a few tweaks here and there. I wasn't sure about a name until just recently. I decided to call it Newburgh Heights. It roughly based off of Newport Bay, Sunset Valley and Bridgeport. So Newburgh Heights will divided into districts just like Newport Bay. The difference being there will not be as many districts. So far it will have an industrial district, suburban district, and a shopping district. It has a small tropical area. Like Bridgeport I have added an area for the upper class rich, famous, celebrity folks. Now on to the pic spam.
Note: The buildings are not finished lots, they are just placeholders for now.

This is a one of the fishing spots that I recently worked on, I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it because at the time I just testing out if Edit in game will work.

I thought it would be a good idea to post a sneak peek of the last home in the Magnificent Scents Series. I'm too tired to ramble today, so the pictures are right below.

This picture shows the beginning stage of the home. I'm much further than this, but thought I'll show it anyway, since I had no other screenshot of the inner courtyard. Yes, it has an inner courtyard. Something I've been wanting to do for quite some time now. I know, I thought I was too tired to ramble.

My horrible editing skills

Okay so I seemed to not be able to sleep. So I decided to try out some photo editing with one of my sims. This is my first attempt at trying to make a sim look decent by retouching certain parts of the photo. I show you the before and after pictures.

Before-not much of a nice pose

After-I added eyeshadow and brighten her up a bit, maybe a lot. Tried adding in lighting and shadows but as you can see that didn't work out to good.

Here is another attempt at my horrific editing skills. I really need more practice.

The Sims 3 Generations Has Officially Been Announced!

Earlier today The Sims 3 Officially announced the next expansion pack for The Sims 3 on Facebook as there super secret surprise. Not to say that I didn't see that one coming, but I'm still excited. The official video is not the same video that was leaked earlier in March. Well I guess I'll post the video for you guys viewing pleasure.
I'll be posting later today with a list of new things and interactions I see from the video.

Juniper Breeze: A Magnificent Scents Series Home

Juniper Breeze is a modern beach home created for the Magnificent Scents Series. It is a two story split level home with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Juniper Breeze includes a carport, laundry room, outdoor grilling and pool area. You will find an outdoor lounging area with great views of the ocean. Your sims will enjoy relaxing as they watch the sunset with the ocean breeze. This lot is best placed at 433 Sunnyside Blvd. in Sunset Valley. Juniper Breeze is placed on a 30X30 lot. It replaces the home where Gobias Koffi lives. CC Free and Safe!

Important Information: Since the home replaces Gobias Koffi home, I have included a small gardening area with 2 Flame Fruit plants. I didn't add replaces for the other types of plants found on that lot because they can simply be purchased at the grocery store.
