Black Bear Spring
This was my build for The Simmers Society September's Monthly Theme. The theme was A-Frame homes. I have to say this one was indeed a challenge. It took some time just to get the roof pitch just right.
Black Bear Spring is the perfect little hideaway home. It contains 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath. One of the key features of this home is a waterfall that runs into a pool. You will find outdoor dining and grill. It contains upgraded appliances, plumbing and many others. Black Bear Spring has a library/study perfect for all inspiring writings. It also includes a fitness rooms for those who need to work out the kinks from spending too many hours on the computer. NO CUSTOM CONTENT.
