EA Makeover: Liam O'dourke

Liam O'dourke is my first makeover ever. He's the guy that let's you know that the Official Sims 3 site is down and lives in Hidden Springs. Never thought I would do one of these, but over at the Simmer's Society the theme for this month is Geeks, so one of the challenges was to makeover Liam of course. In the challenge we were allowed free reign over his clothing, but we were not allowed to alter any of his facial features, eye color or hair color, with the exception of custom skins, eyes, eyebrows and makeup if you chose to use any of those. As far as makeup nothing was allowed to be too over the top. Oh how badly I wanted to change his hair, nose and Liam's lips. Currently Liam is not available for download, maybe perhaps in the future once I tweak him to my liking he'll be available.

The Little Seasider

The Little Seasider is a micro home built on a 10x10 lot built for the TSS Monthly Theme. It is an eclectic home with a small hint of a Nautical theme. This home has 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The is a small car port with enough space to park 1 car. On the ground floor you will find a small kitchen and a breakfast nook that accomadates seating for two. There's also a small bathroom found on the ground floor also. On the main level you will found a tiny living area and a balcony with a small summer kitchen. The third level contains a bedroom and bathroom. This home is suited for a single Sim. The Little Seasider's final sales price is $52,414 furnished and $36,067 unfurnished. This home does contain Store Content, but does not contain any custom content.
