Cranberry Hill

Cranberry Hill was built for the Plan Challenge hosted by Kimabc over at the Simmers Society. It is a two story home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is an eat-in kitchen and loft. It includes a washer and dryer which can be found on the main level bathroom. There is also a pond found along the right side of the home which is ready for your Sims to stock. A walk around porch and a path filled with beautiful flower plots for your Sims viewing pleasure is another key feature of this home. It also has a fenced backyard for your Sims to add a playground or whatever your Sims heart desire. Cranberry Hill is a 40X40 lot going for the price of $73,928 furnished and $46,334 unfurnished. This lot is best placed at 47 Ruby Ct. in Hidden Springs. Cranberry Hill contains no custom content, but does include a really small amount of store content.

Zinnia Crestmont Makeover

I decided to finally give Zinnia Crestmont a makeover. I kept all of her traits the same. She now has a Zodiac Sign and new favorites,because Zinnia was made before Zodiac signs and certain foods were introduced, so I gave her those new choices with her makeover. She's a Pisces and her new favorite food is Vegetarian Lobster Thermidor. Once Zinnia felt at ease with her perfect mind and perfect body, she decided to take on a new endeavor. Bare Necessity Part 1

Bare Necessity is a home that I built for The Simmers Society TSS Town project. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining, living room and a small room for laundry. Bare Necessity was built with only base game objects with minimum Create a Style use. The rooms are clutter free, but I did add a couple of bookshelves, a painting easel and some toys for children. Landscaping is very bare besides two flower plots, two trees and a couple of hedges. My TSS avi is also included with the home. My avi also has minimum Create A Style use and base game only clothing and hair. I'm not going to bother posting more pictures here but if you are interested in taking a look inside you can find a slideshow here.
