The Neopolitan

A modern home inspired by the colors of Neopolitan Ice Cream. It has 2 stories and a basement. It has only 1 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is 2 skill rooms and a relic room all of which can easily be transformed into bedrooms. I built the Neopolitan for my simself. I did not plan to move a family into this home which is why there is only one decorated bedroom. This home contains most skill objects from all released expansion and stuff packs, excluding Master Suite. It is built on a 60X60 lot. Final price is $297,770. Contains no CC, but is does contain content from the Sims 3 Store.
