Just thought I'll post some pics for this weeks Picture Perfect.

The Brookside

The Brookside is a small 2 bedroom and 1 bath family home with an open floorplan. There is not many amenities inside the home besides a little kitty corner for a sim that has a cat. The front of the home is flourished with a nice flower garden and a pathway that leads to the rear of the home. The rear of the home has plenty of open space to add in a grilling area, a play area for children or whatever your sim desires. The final price for the Brookside is $40,780 furnished and $25,434 unfurnished. The Brookside was built on a 20X30 lot. It is best to place this lot at 344 Rue de Sterling in Twinbrook. This lot does not contain Custom Content, but it does have a very small shopping list from the Sims 3 Store. Look for the list below.

Room to Room Week 1

Since I've been inactive for quite some time in the simming world, I decided to make a change and take on a challenge. The challenge is called Room to Room created by Kimwriter over at The Simmers Society . I had a bit of fun with this challenge. So I'm thinking about joining in on this challenge again.
